Android merupakan sistem operasi u/ HP layaknya OS Linux yg menyediakan open platform u/ para developer application baik bersifat bayar maupun Free yg bersifat mobile. Awalnya, Google Inc. membeli Android Inc., pendatang baru yang membuat peranti lunak untuk ponsel. Kemudian untuk mengembangkan Android, dibentuklah Open Handset Alliance, konsorsium dari 34 perusahaan peranti keras, peranti lunak, dan telekomunikasi, termasuk Google, HTC, Intel, Motorola, Qualcomm, T-Mobile, dan Nvidia.

5 November 2007, Android dirilis bersama Open Handset Alliance dg pernyatakan dukungan pengembangan standar terbuka pada perangkat seluler. Di lain pihak, Google merilis kode–kode Android di bawah lisensi Apache, sebuah lisensi perangkat lunak dan standar terbuka perangkat seluler.

Pada 9 Desember 2008, diumumkan anggota baru yang bergabung dalam program kerja Android ARM Holdings, Atheros Communications, diproduksi oleh Asustek Computer Inc, Garmin Ltd, Softbank, Sony Ericsson, Toshiba Corp, dan Vodafone Group Plc. Seiring pembentukan Open Handset Alliance, OHA mengumumkan produk perdana mereka, Android, perangkat mobile yang merupakan modifikasi kernel Linux 2.6. Sejak Android dirilis telah dilakukan berbagai pembaruan berupa perbaikan bug dan penambahan fitur baru.

Kelebihan:
- Open Source/alias gratis
- Aplikasinya nya pun rata2 FREE
- Stabil dan aman, tidak seperti windows yg terkadang lag atau bahkan terkena virus.

Kekurangan:
- New comer di indonesia sehingga aplikasinya masih terbatas..tapi untuk saat ini sudah mulai beragam
- Bagi orang awam mungkin membingungkan layaknya saat bertatapan dengan OS LINUX
- Masih sedikit pemakainya

Cara Install File "dot bin" di Linux

Q. saya mendownload sebuah file dari internet dengan ekstensi ".bin" sedangkan keterangan hanya memberi perintah install file ini.maka kira-kira command apa yang dibutuhkan agar fil ini berjalan di Linux?

A. ".bin" adalah file yang dapat diekstrak binarynya,file ini contohnya Java maupun Flash adalah contoh filenya.ikuti langkah berikut ini:

As to why use a penguin as a logo? No good reason, really. But a logo doesn't really ave to _mean_ anything - it's the association that counts. And I can think of many worse things than have linux being associated with penguins.

Komputer-ku kok Lelet banget?dapet info dari temen katanya klo performansi mobo merek Biost@r setelah masa waktu 1 tahun lewat akan turun..heran sekali..masa processor sempron berasa pentium 2?padahal RAM yang ada 256MB-VGA onboard.

setelah di Otak-atik akhirnya secara tidak sengaja motherboadku waktu itu kena kringet...gara-gara kena keringetku saat mau pasang VGA card yang ga'kedetek-detek..berakhir juga life-time moboku...karena konslet..

info dari teman,kalo mobo kena kringat coba di rendem dan dicuci dengan sabun...

perasaan itu ide gokil...

Integrasi Chrome dengan Free Download Manager

Semalam baca detik.com ada kabar bahwa Pemerintah German menghimbau Rakyatnya agar tidak menggunakan Firefox terbaru,karena browser ini masih banyak celah yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh cracker untuk membajak PC lewat browser tersebut.Hal ini dimaklumi Oleh pihak Firefox sendiri akan celah tersebut,dan dalam waktu dekat patch untuk menutup celah tersebut baru akan kluar.

karena saya baru upgrade firefox yang baru,langsung saya berinisiatif untuk menggunakan browser Google Chrome.kesulitan terjadi ketika downloader yang telah terinstall yaitu FDM yang bersifat Opensource maka,saya harus mengintegrasikanya dengan chrome. Anehnya kegagalan sering terjadi karena FDM tidak mendeteks browser ini. Dengan menggunakan google untuk mencari solusi..dah tidak ada yang membahas sedikitpun tentang integrasi FDM-chrome, :-(

akhirnya ada juga yang membahas integrasi ini atas commen seseorang diweb.ikuti langkah berikut ini:

1. Navigate to C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\. (xxx adalah nama user)

2. Look for Plugins folder. If do not exist, create one.

3. Open FDM > Options > Settings > Monitoring > Checked Google Chrome.

4. It will prompt you “Can’t locate plugins folder and asks to locate it manually.”. Click OK.

5. Point to C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins\. Click OK.

6. Restart Google Chrome and FDM.

setting Sound Linux ubuntu

Awalnya saya bingung karena Sound di ubuntu saya tidak kluar...setelah sayasearch di google ternyata default dari sount tersebut masih none aktif,

dan pastinya hardware sound Audio saya tidak compatible dengan software bawaan linux ini laporan saya setelah solve troubleshooting,check this out :

1. install alsa driver and lib,yang dapat didownload di alsa-project.org, di "./config;make;make install",seharusnya setelah di install driver and lib nya kemudian restar.maka sound dah bisa bunyi,tp bila belum bisa bunyi..lanjut next step 2 cuy... :)

2. Edit dengan nano file etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base. Pada baris akhir tambahkan baris-baris berikut ini

alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel

alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel

options snd-hda-intel model=dell-m4-1

options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1

3. Edit dengan nano file /etc/group cari tulisan "audio:x:29" ubah menjadi "audio:x:29:[user_login],pulse" contoh audio:x:29:hanef,pulse

4.Copy kode berikut ini ke /etc/asound.conf (as root) :
pcm.!default { type plug slave.pcm "swmixer"}pcm.swmixer { type dmix ipc_key 1234 slave { pcm "hw:0,0" period_time 0 period_size 1024 buffer_size 4096 rate 44100 }}ctl.swmixer {type hwcard 0}

atau menurut panduan Ubuntu dari Web-sitenya,masukan script berikut dibawah ini ke "~/.asoundrc"

Seorang Gadis cantik attractive, energic bernama Mio yang mengalami kelainan jantung dan harus dioperasi di Amerika dengan kemungkinan 5 % sukses. Mio meminta ke sang Dokter untuk menikmati masa akhirnya ke japan.

Kisah ini bener2 bikin nangis...ada beberapa cuplikan yang bikin gw terharu.dimana saat sang kk memotret Mio dari wajah senang..sampai saat wajah sedih Mio di potret. KKnya yang ga'Dewasa berubah dalam waktu 2 bln saat bersama Mio,dalam proses perubahan dy tampak g'tegas..dmn dy berkeinginan agar adiknya di masa2 akhir dapat menikmati sebuah cinta..namun akhirnya melarangnya karena Mio jatuh cinta kepada sang Dokter Muda yang diperankan oleh Hiraoka Yuuta sebagai Yuuki Akio

Endingnya gw kecewa karena g'jelas akhirnya...kayak menjalani hidup sendiri2 aja...huh x_x

Content Server (WAP server)
